(In short, the earning potential is huge, even with a small audience—and even greater with a larger one!)

Black Friday

While the bundle has a pre-defined open cart period, we will re-open cart for 36 hours only. You are welcome to add this to your Black Friday promo, promote the bundle exclusively... or if Black Friday isn't your vibe, you can skip it all together. If you do choose to promote again, you'll receive a nice cash injection with 85% creator commission on your bundle  plus 50% affilliate commision on any other bundle sales (since they all re-open) that come from you!

When someone purchases a bundle, the process is straightforward and user-friendly:

01. Purchase made!

  • Purchasers receive a unique coupon code upon buying the bundle
  • These codes are pre-provided to creators, and you create a series of coupon codes matching what we supply you with that zero out the product price for bundle purchasers

02. Access bundle info

  • Along with their unique code, purchasers receive a document containing detailed information about every product in the bundle
  • The document includes direct checkout links for each product and instructions on how to redeem them

03. products redeemed

  • Purchasers visit each creator's direct checkout link provided in the document
  • They enter their unique coupon code at checkout to access the product for free
  • Purchasers have one year from the open cart window to access any product in the bundle

04. New subscribers for you!

  • By redeeming products, purchasers are automatically added to each creator's email list
  • This ensures creators can build their audience and engage with new leads

05. Technical support

  • Creators are expected to provide technical support for the lifetime of the product for any issues regarding ongoing access to their products

How it works for you

Applying to partner with The Bundle Exchange as a creator or as an affiliate is simple. The first step is to fill out our online form with the necessary details about your product and audience.

Creator requirements

Audience Requirements

You must have a strong social media presence and an active email list. We do this to ensure all creators are being exposed to sizable audiences in exchange for temporarily licensing us their intellectual property. If you are close to meeting the criteria, we would still encourage you to apply.

Note that anyone is welcome and encouraged to apply to affiliate regardless of audience size!

Product value &  Quality

Your digital product should normally sell for as much, if not more, than the total bundle price (see "products we're looking for") and must offer a unique selling proposition (USP) that sets it apart from other products in the bundle.

We also factor in student / user success in accepting creators. When you apply, you will be asked to provide testimonials and/or detail how you measure success and/or buyer satisfaction to ensure our bundle buyers are receiving amazing products!

Promotion Commitment

You must be able to promote the bundle each of the designated open cart dates. To make it easy, we provide swipe copy / marketing resources.

We want to be incredibly transparent so there are no surprises: you will be required to send emails / post on stories daily. This is a huge sales event and audience trust-builder for everyone involved, so please do not apply if you are not interested in shouting it from the rooftops!

Expected timeline & process

Our timelines may vary from bundle to bundle, but generally follow this schedule:

Submit Your Interest Form

Fill out a simple Airtable form to tell us about your business and the product you'd like to include. This step helps us understand how your product fits into the bundle and ensures we have all the basic details to move forward.

02.

Wait 10–14 Days for Our Response

Our team will carefully review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible with a decision about your participation. We aim to make the process quick and efficient, so you’re not left waiting too long.

03.

Finalize Your Participation

Once accepted, submit all final product details, including mockups, descriptions, and any other required materials, through a simple form on ContentSnare. You’ll also provide information for marketing materials, like your headshot and bio, and sign the participation agreement (for creators).

04.

Schedule Promo Materials

We’ll provide you with swipe copy, graphics, and a timeline to help you plan your promotional activities with ease. Everything will be ready for you in advance, so you can focus on sharing the bundle with your audience.

05.

Have Fun During Promo Week!

Get involved in the excitement of promo week with prizes, random giveaways, and incentives for contributors to boost engagement. You’ll be part of a community of creators working together to make this promotion a huge success, all while serving your audience.

06.

Watch Your List and Revenue Grow

Earn affiliate commissions, generate additional sales through upsells, and see your email list grow with new leads from the bundle. This is a unique opportunity to amplify your visibility, grow your audience, and reap significant rewards for your efforts.

Aside from submitting your information and schedulding created-for-you marketing content, this bundle is extremely low-lift for you so you can sit back and watch the money roll in!

The products we are looking for

For this bundle, we’re looking for ebooks, digital downloads, or short e-trainings (like workshops, masterclasses, mini courses, etc).

We do ask that the value of each product contributed is within the $50-250 USD range (higher is okay, but we don’t recommend going much over that). The reason we’ve selected this minimum price point is to give the appearance that if someone purchased the bundle for ONE product, it would essentially be worth the money they’ve paid (we’ve even had past creators promote the product as: buy my PRODUCT, and get XX more products free!). In short, it makes it a total no brainer for buyers 😉

If you do not have any products that meet the $50 threshold, you are welcome to create your own mini product bundle, just keep in mind that you would have to create ONE checkout link for a bundle purchaser to access each of the files. (We’re happy to offer some best practices or creative solutions on how to do this if you’re not sure how!) You could also offer just a small portion of one of your larger products!

What we definitely do NOT recommend is submitting a product that has any kind of done-for-you or even done-with-you element (no DFY services, masterminds, group coaching programs, etc) as we expect a LOT of buyers! We’d even recommend considering removing any type of community support or Q+A/coaching call support for courses and sell the course as a standalone product (then offer the support as an upsell after the fact), but that’s, of course, up to you.

Memberships are currently not being accepted. We’ve found from past experiences that bundle purchasers are FAR less likely to enroll in memberships (our data shows less than 5% of bundle buyers enroll in memberships) due to a reluctance to enter credit card info to potentially be charged at a later date if they forget to cancel. Because of this, out of fairness for you as a contributor, we’re not accepting them at this time.

We’re happy to answer specific product questions you may have and offer recommendations if you have multiple products – and even offer suggestions for upsells and nurture funnels (our founder previously owned an agency where she custom built high converting funnels for coaches and course creators, so it’s kinda her jam)!

Note that our selling price for this bundle will be $55 USD.

The A's to Your Q's

How much commission is paid on referred sales?

For creators (meaning: partners whose digital products are included in the bundle), affiliate commision is 70%.

For affiliates (meaning: partners whose digital products are not included in the bundle), affiliate commission is 50%.

During Black Friday sales, affiliate commission for creators will be increased to 80% for sales they refer for the bundle they have a product in, plus 50% commission on any upsold bundles they do not have a product in.

How many creators / resources are included in each bundle?

This will vary from bundle to bundle. A smaller bundle may have 30ish contibutors; a large bundle may have 100 or more. We always shoot to land somewhere in between, but as long as the products featured are different to one another, we're happy to feature as many as we can!

What are the requirements to become a creator?

You must have an active, engaged social audience and email list, and your digital product should meet our quality standards and have a unique selling proposition.

What are the requirements to become an affiliate?

We welcome all affiliate applications! All we ask is that your audience is primarily comprised of the target buyer for the bundle.

What is expected of me during the promotion period?

Creators must promote the bundle on their social channels and via email during each day of the open cart dates.

Promoting during Black Friday is optional, but not that revenue share is not provided during this time, so if you choose not to promote the bundle, creators will not receive further payment.

We provide swipe copy and marketing resources to make promotion easy and effective.

How do consumers access the products they purchase in a bundle?

After you are accepted as a creator into the bundle, you will be provided with a series of coupon codes to setup in your checkout platform.

Consumers receive one of these unique coupon codes as well as a document with details about and checkout links for every product in the bundle. They will use their unique coupon code at each creator's checkout link to access the products for free and have approximately one year from the open cart window to do so.

Will I get every purchaser's email address?

No.

We want to be very clear on this because it would break privacy laws for us to hand over the email address of every bundle purchaser to each creator inside of the bundle. (Not to mention how horrible it would feel as a consumer to automatically be added to dozens of email lists all at once!)

You will be able ot grow your list through this bundle, though! When a buyer accesses your product through your checkout page, they will be added to your list. From there, you can continue to nurture them, add value, and potentially increase total CLTV 🎉

This keeps us (and you!) GDPR, CCPA, etc compliant as well as ensures our bundle buyers are only being added to the lists of the creators whose products they're interested in!

For how long will consumers be able to access my product through the bundle?

Purchasers will have roughly 12 months from the original close cart date to access their products. (Please see the "important dates" section for the exact date.)

Our bundle purchase terms and conditions will state that after the given end date, The Bundle Exchange cannot guarantee any product can be accessed, but creators may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis (although we recommending holding firm to the final end date).

Will I have to provide support for my product?

Yes, creators are expected to assist with any technical support regarding ongoing access to their products, which we are unable to do as we do not have access to your learning or delivery platforms. Our bundle buyers should be treated no differently than any other of your paying customers! 🙂

We ask creators to offer support through the lifetime of the product, which ensures a smooth and satisfactory experience for consumers.

Can I upsell additional products to bundle purchasers?

Absolutely! We not only allow this but encourage creators to create funnels so that after consumers access the bundled product, they can be directed to upsell offers or added to a nurture sequence for additional sales! Make that money, honey 💰 

What happens if my application is not accepted?

If your application is not accepted, you are welcome to apply for future bundles. We aim to curate diverse and unique products for each bundle, so your product may be a better fit for another theme or timeframe. You very likely will also be offered an affiliate placement instead – which you are welcome to accept or decline.

What if I don't meet the qualifications to be a creator partner? Can I still be involved?

Yes, even if you don't meet the qualifications or your application is not accepted, you can still be involved as an affiliate. As an affiliate, you can promote our bundles and earn 50% commissions on sales you refer.

How and when will I receive my payments?

Payments are made approximately 30 days after the bundle promotion ends. You will receive a detailed accounting report, and affiliate payments/commissions will be released accordingly. 

All payouts will be made via direct ACH bank transfer. 

How do I apply to become a partner?

Simply fill out our online application form with details about your product and audience. We will review your submission and notify you of our decision within 10-14 days.
